Company

A supplier,
and clear about it

SignalLine Wire LLC is a United States registered company supplying fiber optic cable and connectivity hardware. We do not operate our own drawing tower or extrusion lines — we source from established cable mills and take responsibility for specification, inspection, documentation and delivery.

Position

What we do and what we don't

Plenty of websites in this industry describe a factory the company does not own. We would rather be straightforward about the model, because it changes what you should expect from us and what you should hold us to.

What we do: translate your specification into a buildable construction, place and supervise the order at a mill capable of it, check the output against the spec before it ships, and deliver with the documentation needed to verify it on arrival.

What we don't: manufacture the cable ourselves, or claim capabilities and certifications that belong to a mill rather than to us. Where a certificate is the mill's, we say so and supply it in the mill's name.

Specification first

Quotations are issued against a written spec, drawing or tender clause — not a catalogue line item. Anything we cannot meet is flagged before you order, not after.

Verified before shipment

Attenuation and length checked against the order, drum by drum, with the test report and OTDR trace travelling with the goods.

Delivered on stated terms

Lead time and incoterm are fixed on the quotation. If a date moves, you hear it from us before it affects your build programme.

Sourcing & quality control

How an order actually runs

The value of a supplier sits in the steps between your purchase order and the container arriving. These are ours.

1 · Specification review

We read the spec against what is actually manufacturable and come back with questions before quoting. Ambiguity resolved here is cheaper than a rejected shipment later.

2 · Mill selection

The construction decides the mill. OPGW, ADSS and standard duct cable are not interchangeable production capabilities, and we do not place an order with a plant that is learning on your project.

3 · Production monitoring

Order confirmation, production slot and expected completion tracked and reported, so a slip surfaces while there is still time to react.

4 · Pre-shipment inspection

Fiber count, attenuation per fiber, drum lengths, sheath marking and packing checked against the order before release. Discrepancies are resolved at the mill, not at your port.

5 · Shipment & documents

Drum schedule matched to the container load, test reports and OTDR traces compiled per drum, commercial documents issued against the agreed incoterm.

6 · After delivery

If an acceptance measurement on site disagrees with the factory report, send us the trace and the drum number. Discrepancies are investigated against the batch record.

Have a specification ready?

Send the fiber count, construction and quantity. We respond with a written quotation, lead time and the datasheet for the exact construction quoted.
